Full payment for services rendered is expected at the time of completion unless prior arrangements were discussed and obtained in writing.
Payment options include:
1) Cash,
2) Check (payable to De Lucs Dental),
3) Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard),
4) Dental Insurance (if applicable),
5) Third party financing (if applicable).
Some procedures require a 50% down payment on the day the procedure begins with the remainder due at the delivery date. No appliance, device, or prosthesis will be delivered to the patient that has a balance, unless prior written arrangements with the doctor were made.
